Two houses, "Ginestra" and "Casanuova", recently renovated for guests, can host up to 22 people. Located on a hillside, they offer a beautiful view over the surrounding woods and hills and over the Arno Valley. The guests may walk or ride mountain bikes in the quiet of woods and open fields. "Ginestra" can accommodate up to 12 guests in two different flats: "IL BOSCO" (4 guests) and "L'OLIVO" (6 guests) and in a studio, "La Colombaia" (2 guests) situated in the tower on the top floor. The flats and studio each have independent entrances from a panoramic loggia on the first floor. They all are heated. The loggia on the ground floor and the grounds around the house are also at the disposal of the guests. "Casanuova" can accomodate up to 10 guests. It has a large apartment, about 100 sqm, on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The wide garden, as well as the oak wood all around it, are at the disposal of the guests. |
